Terre à Terre is Brighton's acclaimed vegetarian restaurant — one of the most celebrated vegetarian restaurants in the UK. Open since 1993, it occupies a large corner site on East Street near The Lanes and has consistently won national recognition for its creative, technically accomplished vegetarian and vegan cooking.
