PureGym Brighton Central reopens with major refurbishment
The popular gym has welcomed members back following extensive upgrades including new equipment, improved changing rooms and dedicated training zones.
Gym opens doors to upgraded facilities
PureGym Brighton Central has welcomed back its members following an exciting period of refurbishment. The gym reopened on July 24 after a major upgrade designed to improve the experience for all fitness enthusiasts in the community.
The investment reflects PureGym's commitment to making quality fitness facilities accessible to everyone in Brighton and Hove. The refreshed gym now boasts a range of new features aimed at supporting different fitness levels and training styles.
New zones for all abilities
Among the key additions is a new Shape Zone, specifically designed for those new to strength training. This dedicated space includes lighter barbells and glute-focused machines, making it an ideal starting point for beginners looking to build confidence with resistance training.
For those interested in functional fitness, a new functional training zone has been added, equipped with a sled track, cardio equipment and a range of accessories to support varied workout styles.
The free weights area has also been enhanced with the addition of a new lifting rig, whilst the gym now features more cable stations than before. These upgrades are complemented by newly refurbished changing rooms, improving the overall experience for members.
Special offers for the community
To celebrate the reopening, PureGym is offering non-members the chance to experience the upgraded facilities firsthand. Between July 24 and July 30, potential members can enjoy a free trial to explore what the gym has to offer.
New members who sign up between July 24 and August 6 can also benefit from attractive introductory offers, including 50 per cent off their first month and no joining fee.
Supporting local health and wellness
A spokesperson for PureGym said: "This refurbishment marks a real milestone for PureGym Brighton Central, providing members with access to upgraded equipment to support their training and boost their mental and physical health.
"We are committed to providing our members with access to high-quality fitness and we're excited to have made this investment, which reflects our commitment to making fitness accessible to everyone. We look forward to welcoming both returning and new members to enjoy the upgraded gym."
The refurbishment is part of PureGym's broader strategy of continuing to invest in communities and expanding access to fitness facilities across the country. For Brighton and Hove residents looking to improve their fitness or try something new, the reopened gym offers an opportunity to access modern equipment and dedicated spaces tailored to different training needs.
